ArmInfo. On March 23, Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan, during a governmental meeting, instructed to increase the management of block of flats.
According to Premier, about 67% of all blocks of flats in the republic is managed by condominiums. The rest are managed by the regional administrations. Due to studies of the state of the blocks of flats, according to Karapetyan, ineffectiveness of the management by the Housing Fund or its absence became obvious
The Premier instructed the interested departments to research and provide information on blocks during 2 month, and also to provide solution for solving the problem.
