ArmInfo. An Internet-system will be launched for private persons from April 25 in respect to bonds. This was stated by Vardan Aramyan, the Minister of finance, after the Government session session, commenting on the issuig, allocation and circulation of bonds. "Currently the testing works in respect to the tool mentioned are in progress," he added.
He added also that within the conditions of the increasing number of market participants the terms of state agencies work, represented by financial entities, will be changed as well. " Since now the initial deposit will not be paid off to participate to bidding procedures. As the result, the more bids are received for bonds purchase, the more effective the state debt quotations will be formed," Aramyan added.
