Armenian State Migration Service head calls not to concentrate on negative side of possible massive migration stream to Russia

ArmInfo. Armenian State Migration  Service Head Gagik Eganyan calls not to concentrate only on negative  side of possible massive migration stream to Russia via receiving  Russian nationality by simplified procedure.

"Russia wants to develop demographic image of the country, but,  simplifying procedures of receiving Russian nationality, Russia is  obliged also to implement some charges on them, pay the pension, aids  to these citizens, to provide children with education and other", he  stated.

As Eganyan stated, to forecast possible negative results for Armenia,  a certain period of time should pass after adopting current  legislative act of Russia, to understand whether migration is based  on legislative changes in Russia, or on any other circumstances. For  today, Gagik Eganyan calls not to make hurried conclusions and to  wait the research results, which are very expensive thing for  Armenia.

To note, according to oppositional forces of Armenia, annually the  country live on average 50-60 thousand people.
