"Maintaining such a large number of calls regarding  various segments of business would be impossible without professional  and motivated team," the official statement of the bank reads.  

Some services are proposed  by the Contact center in 24-7 mood.  Particularly, the cardholders of VTB Bank (Armenia) could check the  balance of their card accounts or to get answers for any questions  regarding the cards service, dialing 10 56 07 08.  According to the  source, the contact center of  VTB Bank (Armenia) implements also the  transaction services, i.e. transfers allocation received by  cash  transfer systems, on any of bank's cards, based on the call of the  client within the service of  Telephone banking.  

Besides, it is possible to get  information on any of bank's  activities regarding products and services.
