ArmInfo. The next seasonal fair of agricultural products will open on June 10 at 11.00 in the Arabkir community in Kasyan Street. In July another fair will be organized in the territory adjacent to Mesrop Mashtots Avenue in the administrative district of Kentron. Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Armenia Robert Makaryan stated this at a press conference on June 7.
Fairs of agro products have been organized since 2011 at the initiative of the Armenian Agriculture Ministry, as well as with the assistance of the Yerevan City Hall. Past almost 580 fairs, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, have justified themselves, since they are the best platform for interaction between the villagers and the residents of the capital - farmers get all the profit, as the products are sold without intermediaries, and the townspeople purchase goods at affordable prices.
The next fair season will continue the already established good traditions, villagers will be provided with free pavilions, scales, carts and overalls.
