Beeline is launching a large-scale project to replace equipment and update the mobile network in all regions of Armenia, which aims to expand the technical capabilities of the mobile network and provide customers with better quality of voice services and mobile Internet throughout the country.
As the press service of the company told ArmInfo, the modernization will take place in several stages and will be completed within the next three months. The work schedule is planned in such a way as to minimize the occurrence of technical difficulties. In the event of disconnection of individual segments of the network, the traffic will be quickly redirected to the operating equipment.
"We have already carried out a similar upgrade of the mobile network in Yerevan and are very pleased with results. Technical capabilities and quality of coverage have improved significantly, and we are in a hurry to do the same in the regions. Investments in infrastructure are a guarantee of quality and a basis for our simple and convenient services," said Beeline Director General in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin.
According to the source, as a result of network upgrade, Beeline customers will get a significant improvement in the quality of voice services, and the speed of mobile Internet will also increase. "Beeline will additionally inform subscribers in the regions of the country about the progress of technical works and in advance thank customers for their understanding," the company said in an official statement.
