ArmInfo. Viva Cell-MTS informs that its authority does not include notification by means of a short SMS-notification about the conditions for charging for parking or changing these tariffs. As noted in the company's official announcement, Viva Cell-MTS has never acted on this issue with any initiative.
According to the relevant agreement, the amount of commission paid to Viva Cell-MTS has not changed.
"Providing services in the field of telecommunications, Viva Cell-MTS exclusively provides technical support for the transfer of payment for parking by cashless method", the company says.
