ArmInfo. On July 26, nominal coupon AMD AMERIABANK bonds (ISIN - AMAMRBB17ER1) in the amount of 1.5 bln AMD were listed on Nasdaq OMX Armenia stock exchange and admitted to conclusion of targeted trading and repo deals. Bonds of this issue, as well as the previous ones, are quoted in the main exchange list of Abond.
According to the stock exchange press service, this emission included 15,000 nominal coupon bonds, with a nominal value of 100,000 drams, coupon yield of 9% and maturity of 1 year. The bonds will be traded under the exchange code AMRBB7.
To recall, Ameriabank bonds were placed on the stock exchange on July 13, as a result of which the bank managed to raise 1,550,187,400 drams. The cut-off price was 100 thousand drams, the yield on the cut-off price was 9%, and the average weighted yield was 8.9867%.
