ArmInfo. Armenian Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan ordered to simplify the legalization of unauthorized buildings in fish farms on December 21 at a Government meeting.
According to the Prime Minister, in some farms engaged in breeding fish, there are self-built hatcheries. Here, as the head of the government noted, there is a discrepancy from the point of view of the designated purpose of the land plot.
At this stage, according to the prime minister, the current legal regulation establishes privileges for new fish farms in order to eliminate these inconsistencies. At the same time, these preferences do not apply to illegal buildings that were created earlier. "In case of stimulating the legalization of such unauthorized buildings, it is expected that the payments to the local budget will also increase," the prime minister said.
In this regard, Karen Karapetyan instructed the competent authorities to study in a month's time the government's machinery to submit proposals on simplifying the process of legalizing unauthorized buildings in farms engaged in fish farming, except for the territory of the Sevan National Park.
