ArmInfo. The cashier's check points are no more fiscal documents confirming the ownership of the premises. Factually, the entities in Armenia will be able to get the opportunity to work in the office, starting with the toilet paper, with the rest of the business partners, with no invoice. This will continue until the technically expensive cash registers (CR), which is planned to be set up in the trade-service points by July 1, 2018.
As Davit Ananyan told ArmInfo correspondent, who has been financially inactive for 10 years, has been denied access to the cashier's office, as it has been promised. The document, which contains only a single copy of the document, can be documented by acknowledgments. In this context, it is planned to withdraw from the CR check for the confirmation of organization's spendings. No matter what the consensus decision is, set the date for the 1 July 2018 release, this is the case of tax accounting for the actual tax reporting. In the document, of new CRs, besides the standard set, for a complete identification, the Name and Surname of the addressee will be mentioned.
At the stage of the verification, the business is required to verify the tax authority invoice.
Answering to the question if it would be better to properly organize and process it, maybe it would be right to provide the implementation of the new devices, and only then to swing in on the innovations, David Ananyan called on to have in mind the interests of the state.
On 2 November 2017, the RA government's delegation headed by deputy chairman of the State Committee on State Property, Vakhtang Mirumyan, said that the SRC will purchase new 25,000 clear-cut cash machine apparatus. Application of new devices will enable the monitoring of SRC in electronic form to capture all information and the document turnover. SRC is supposed to attract $ 3,340 million from the Reserve Fund of the state. The head of the Armenian government, Karen Karapetyan noted that it is the last tranche for the implementation of the program, thanks to which, the number of inspection will be reduced, and the regimes on the borders would be weakened as the information on the goods will become known in digital form.
According to independent experts, the new initiative of the Ministry of Finance on the regular replacement of cash registers and the history of checks does not withstand any criticism. Experts do not doubt that the difficulties created for business entities are not accidental: the tax authorities will again begin to "nightmarish" the business, and the import of new RCA will be entrusted to another oligarchic structure.
