According to "Global Finance" Ameriabank is recognized as the Best investment bank - 2018 in Armenia

ArmInfo. According to the  monthly magazine "Global Finance" Ameriabank was awarded the "Best  Investment Bank-2018" nomination in Armenia. This award from Global  Finance is awarded to Ameriabank annually, starting from 2012.

According to the Bank's press service, the winners were chosen  according to the following criteria: market share, volume and number  of transactions, quality of service, consulting, structuring of  operations, innovation, pricing, reputation in the market, etc.

According to the source, the overall list of winners will be  published in April.

CJSC Ameriabank is a universal bank that provides investment,  corporate and retail banking services in the form of a comprehensive  package of banking solutions. The bank has been operating in the  Armenian market since October 31, 1996. The branch network of  Ameriabank includes 14 divisions, 9 are in capital and 5 are  regional. In the share capital of Ameriabank, with the entry of the  European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in December 2015,  the equity participation has changed as follows:  Ameria Group CY  Ltd. - 65.8%, EBRD - 20.7% and ESPS Holding Limited - 13.5%. Since  March 2016 the bank has started issuing its bonds: the number of  issues by January 1, 2018 has already reached 8, out of which 5 -  dollar in the total amount of $ 55 million, 1 - euro in the amount of  3 million and 2 - AMD in the total volume of 2.5 billion, which are  listed in the main "Abond" list of the NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock  exchange. At the same time, Ameriabank successfully placed debt  securities worth $ 20 million in four Luxembourg investment funds  through its investment manager in the form of responsAbility  Investments AG in June 2016, having planned to direct the proceeds  from the placement of these securities to SME lending and financing  of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Distinctive  awards: from Euromoney (2017, 2016, 2014, 2012, 2011), from Global  Finance (2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2012), from The Banker / FT (2017,  2016, 2015, 2013, 2010), from Commerzbank has been awarded the  "STP-Award" award since 2008.
