ArmInfo. In 2024, foreign citizens made 3,892 real estate purchase and sale transactions,  accounting for 6.7% of the total volume of transactions. According to data from the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Armenia, the volume of transactions by foreigners decreased by  13.1% compared to the previous year.  The most active buyers and sellers of real estate in Armenia are citizens of the Russian Federation, the USA, Iran, several European countries and the CIS.

However, in 2024, there was not only a decrease in this influx, but also an outflow, which poses a serious threat to the stability of the banking system. ArmInfo. The Ministry of Economy of Armenia, which oversees the country's agricultural sector, proposes to fully subsidize the insurance premium for the 2025 agricultural year at the expense of government funds as part of the  program for the introduction of agricultural insurance, as well as to  provide agricultural entrepreneurs with a subsidy of up to 80%  (inclusive) of the insurance premium stipulated by the insurance  contract. The initiative is posted on the single portal of legal  acts.

ArmInfo. Feb. 10-14, 2025, in Armenia's interbank foreign exchange market, four USD and three RUB transactions were effected, with no EUR transactions effected.  USD transactions showed an 46% decline against a 3-fold growth the previous week. RUB transactions showed a 64% growth as against a 58%  decline. The total amount of USD transactions exceeded that of RUB  transactions 3-fold as against 9-fold the previous period.
