ArmInfo. About 20 young ARMENAL employees are involved in the New Generation programme by RUSAL. The programme is designed to create conditions for training and unlocking the potential of promising specialists, the company`s press service told ArmInfo.
The programme affords probation and employment opportunities to employees.
An experienced instructor is attached to each probationer to help to work out an individual debvelopment and adaptation plan.
Promising young people form the "backbone" of the New Generation at ARMENAL. Garnik Gevoorgyan, a graduate of the Polytechnic University has been appointed team-leader and involved in the RUSAL Business system 250 programme.
Vahe Danielyan, a graduate of Artsakh State University is safety manager.
"The participants in the New Generation programme are breathing new life into the work in their sections and could form part of the employment pool of the plant," said ARMENAL Personnel Director Svetlana Leven.
