ArmInfo. On-line trading service has recently become accessible also to the clients of Armenbrok investment company. Launching on-line trading service like any of its services, the company was basing on demand by its clients, says Aram Kayfajyan, Director General of Armenbrok. Opening of the new department of international trade will make it possible for Armenbrok clients to be served at American markets with access to NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX (NYSE Euronext), as well as at Russian markets with access to the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) and Russian Trading System Stock Exchange (RTS) alongside with access to over 10 major European LSE, Euronext, NASDAQ OMX, Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In addition, Kayfajyan says, Armenbrok clients will get an access to these exchanges via classic broker services and remote terminals (QUIK, TRANSAQ) with free quoting on-line. "We have opened access to investing in such financial instruments as indexes, futures, and options on raw materials, metals and others. We are going to extend the spectrum of services and offer new effective solutions," he says.
So far the key users of the new services are investors having experience of investing in the international markets. However, to attract new users, the company is conducting educational free and paid seminars on such topics as securities market, currency market, and investment environment. A. Kayfajyan calls on all the participants in the Armenian equity market to help raising public awareness of the advantages of the securities market as an alternative way to save and accumulate savings.
