According to the source, the total capital of the bank in 2009 grew by 10,5%, having reached 17.144 bln AMD by 1 Jan 2010. The authorized capital grew 3.1 times to 7.557 bln AMD, assets - by 11,5% to 135.811 bln AMD. In the structure of assets, total credit portfolio (including loans to banks) made up 59% or 80.6 bln AMD. The general liabilities of the bank grew by 11,6% to 118.7 bln AMD, fixed-term deposits made up 41.297 bln AMD, the annual growth being 19%.
The shareholders of HSBC Bank Armenia are HSBC Europe B.V. (70%) and Wings Establishment (30%).
