In 2009 Unibank increased provision of crediting by almost 43% to 66.7 bln AMD.


ArmInfo. In 2009 Unibank increased provision of crediting by almost 43% to 66.7 bln AMD. The press-service of Unibank told ArmInfo that in 2009 the assets of the bank increased by 58%, having totalled 108.6 bln AMD as of 1 Jan 2010.

Since the beginning of 2009 the capital of the bank grew by 22,8% to 11.6 bln AMD by the end of December 2009, profit totalled 153 mln AMD. At the same time, as of 1 Jan 2010 the volume of deposits exceeded 85.6 bln AMD, the annual growth being almost 80%. Deposits of legal entities grew by 341%, having totalled 37.3 bln AMD, and fixed-term deposits of individuals amounted to 45.4 bln AMD.


To recall, as of 1 October 2009 the shareholders of Unibank were Asset Management (50%) and EVA Invest (50%).
