57% increase of the number of Ameriabank's clients in 2009

Moreover, 31 out of 100 biggest taxpayers of Armenia are active
clients of Ameriabank. The employees of the bank's corporate clients
use a package of services for individual persons on reduced tariffs.
In general, the bank's clients - individual persons make up 89,4% of
the total client base.

The number of bank accounts of Ameriabank in 2009 grew by 79,7%,
moreover, growth in the line of legal persons made up 67,9% and in
the line of individual persons - 82,2%.

To note, according to the data of Armenia's Statistical Service, the
client base on Armenia's banking market over the crisis year of 2009
increased by 11,9% or 120.681 thsd to 1.076 mln individual persons
and 59.6 thsd legal persons. Moreover, the number of legal persons
per annum increased by 16% and individual persons - by 11,7%. The
accounts of the clients of Armenia's commercial banks per annum
increased by 11,3% or by 156.991 thsd, in particular, the accounts of
legal persons - by 11% or 11.472 thsd, those of individual persons -
by 11,4% or 145.519 thsd.

To note, TDA Holdings Limited, affiliated with Troika Dialogue, with
99,9% participating interest, is a majority shareholder of
Ameriabank.
