Official price of gold in Armenia left unchanged since Jan 2010
ArmInfo. The official price of gold (gold bullions) established for the current week (March 1 - 7) in Armenia were up 0.3% as compared to the prices for the last week and totaled 13,674.31 AMD per gram, the Depository of Precious Metals and Stones of Armenia told ArmInfo.
Ex-factory silver price was up 2.1 to 198.86 drams/g, platinum was up 0.7% to 18,832.46 drams/g, and palladium - 1.1% to 5,338.94 drams/g.
The source reports that as comparing to early January 2010, gold price in Armenia was almost left unchanged falling just 0.01%, silver price - fell 8%, platinum and palladium prices grew 1% and 3.6%, respectively. The latest reports by the world Mass Media say the spot gold rate and spot silver rate grew. Activity of investors grew positively affecting primary assets and precious metals. Gold spot rate at US exchanges grew up to $1118,35 per ounce. Silver grew in price to $16,48 per ounce.
