Ardshininvestbank ensures 3.9% growth of private transfers for Q1 2010
ArmInfo. Ardshininvestbank ensured 3.9% growth of private transfers for Q1 2010 versus the same period of 2009 to $29.7mn, Tigran Shahinyan, Head of Ardshininvestbank Department for Private Transfers and Deposits, told ArmInfo.
He said that in March 2010 the private transfers via the bank totaled $10.7 mn exceeding the indicator of the same period of 2009 11%. Shahinyan said that 65% of private money transfers via the bank are made to Russia and another 15% to the USA.
Tigran Shahinyan said that the bank is currently negotiating with two big international payment systems. Cooperation with them will be launched already in summer. At present Ardshininvestbank operates on the following international money transfer systems: Contact, MoneyGram, Migom, IntelExpress, RIA, and Bistraya Pochta. In this context, the bank cooperates with the Russian Socgorbank, Forabank and Sberbank.
In addition, he said that jointly with InterExpress system the bank has announced an action. Thus, making or receiving transfers via the bank till May 15 the clients will be presented with IP telephony cards. Ardshininvestbank serves 55 branches, including 13 in Yerevan, 36 in the regions and 6 in the NKR as well as an office in Paris.
