Anelik Bank to issue co-branding cards


ArmInfo. In june 2010 Anelik Bank is planning to issue co-branding cards jointly with one of the leading travel companies of Armenia, First Vice Chairman of the Board of Anelik Bank Bagrat Chzmachyan has told ArmInfo.

This project will allow Anelik to significantly increase the number of its cards. Since Jan 1 2010 the bank has issued 2,000 plastic cards and now has almost 31,000 ones, of which 14,000 are Visas, 5,500 - MasterCards and 11,500 -ArCas.

This year the bank is going to open 15 new bancomats and to increase their number to 40. As of today Anelik has 400 POS-terminals all very Armenia.

Established July 9 1990 Anelik bank was registered Oct 1 1991. In Oct 1996 it got CB's general license. In mid 2009 51% of the bank's shares were bought by Lebanese Credit Bank.
