Unibank increases its portfolio of business loans by 86% 
ArmInfo. As of the end of Q1 2010, the credit portfolio of Unibank amounted to 66.3 bln AMD, having increased by 41% as compared with the same period of 2009. The Unibank's press service reported that most part of the loans around 40 bln AMD is directed to support small and medium business. Over Q1 2010 the portfolio of business loans grew by 86% as compared with Q1 2009. Development of SME crediting is a priority direction for Unibank. The credit products of Unibank are popular thanks to the long-term periods of redemption, as well as to the interest rates  from 15% p.a. The bank holds the business crediting in US dollars, Euros and Armenian drams. Business loans are provided to individuals and legal entities.  
Today the loan "U-SUPER PRIME" is one of the most popular business-products of Unibank with minimal volume 40 mln drams. The main peculiarity of this product are low rates of crediting: 12%-of rate of interest for the credits in Euro, 13%  for the credits in US dollars and 14% - for the credits in Armenian national currency dram. The loans are given to replenish  the circulation funds as well as to purchase the main funds and to make investments. The companies which are acting in the market not less than 2 years and have no negative crediting history may make use of "U-SUPER PRIME", which has been specially drawn out for development of the financially stable business in Armenia. In 2010 Unibank will go on improving the conditions of business-crediting via suggestion of several new interesting offers for the small and medium-sized business.
