26,3% annual growth of volume of utility bills and Internet-trade in Armenia


ArmInfo. Volume of utility bills and Internet-trade in Armenia in April 2010 made up 414.2 mln drams (27111 in number), having grew by 26,3% as compared to the similar period of 2009.

According to the data provided to ArmInfo by Armenian Card Company, volume of Internet-payments in April, as compared to March, 2010, reduced by 66.6 mln drams, and number of transactions - by 132. Out of the total volume of Internet-transactions, 256.4 mln drams (2573 in number) fell on card-to-card transfers, having reduced by 54 mln drams as compared to March (number of transactions reduced by 363).

According to the source, volume of cashless transactions by the Armenian Card system cards in ArCa network reduced by 10,8% in April 2010 as compared to March.
