Armenian Central Bank issues gold and silver commemorative coins to the jubilee of representatives of Armenian culture and literature


ArmInfo. Armenian Central Bank put into circulation 2 gold and 4 silver commemorative coins dedicated to jubilee of representatives of Armenian culture and literature. In particular, the gold coins to "175 anniversary of Raffi" (nominal price 10.000 drams) and "125th anniversary of Vahan Teryan" (10.000 drams) as well as the silver coins "150th anniversary of Leo",(1000 drams) "150th anniversary of Vardges Surenyats",(100 drams) "75th anniversary of Leonod Engibaryan" and "1600th anniversary of Movses Khorenatsi:" (nominal price 1000 drams). As press-service of Armenian Central Bank reported, the total of 1000 units of gold coins and 500 units of silver coins will be issued.

The coins were made at Royal Mint in the Netherlands.
