Ameriabank borrows $9mln from IFC and EBRD for financing construction of Elite Plaza business center


ArmInfo. Ameriabank has borrowed $9mln from IFC and EBRD for financing the construction of Elite Plaza business center, a project implemented by Elite Group.

The press service of Ameriabank reports that the bank is the financial and legal advisor of this project: developing financial models, providing advice, holding negotiations, concluding contracts, etc..

The money has been borrowed at a rate that is much lower than those existing on the market.

Ameriabank specializes in investment banking and offers the whole spectrum of universal banking services. The strategic partner of the bank (99.99% stake) is Troika Dialog, one of the biggest investment and banking companies of Russia.
