ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank celebrates its 15th anniversary
ArmInfo. ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank celebrates its 15th anniversary on September 23 at the Gafesjian Center for the Arts.
Throughout its 15 years of activity ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK CJSC specializing in agricultural lending has strengthened its position and nowadays has a leading role in the RA banking system.
Ranking of Armenian Commercial Banks prepared by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo) says that as of July 1 2010 ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank was the leader in the Armenian banking market in terms of total capital - 37 billion drams ($100.7 million), assets - 171.5 billion drams ($466.7 million), loan portfolio - 90.7 billion drams ($246.8 million). In the structure of loan portfolio, agricultural loans totaled 32.5% (29.5 million drams), the share of trade loans was 20.2% (18.3 billion drams), and industrial loans - 8.4% (7.7 billion drams).
The bank was ranked the first also in terms of the net profit for the first half of 2010 - 1.9 billion drams ($5.2 million). The bank is among top three leaders in terms of the branch network with its 37 branches, including in all regions.
The majority shareholder of the bank is Credit Agricole Group with 16% stake.
