BTA Bank launches new project of preferential lending for SME


ArmInfo. BTA Bank has launched a new project of preferential lending for small and medium-sized enterprises as part of a special action in support of SME. BTA Bank Armenia told ArmInfo the annual interest for the loan provided as part of the given action is 12% for loans in terms of the USD and minimum 13% in terms of AMD. The loan maturity is 6 months up to 4 years. Collaterals are movable and immovable property. The action will be effective till late December 2010 at all the branches of the bank.

The source reported that the project is client oriented and will be interesting to both existing and new debtors having no loan history.

Ranking of Armenian Commercial Banks prepared by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo) says assets of BTA Bank Armenia totaled 8 billion drams on July 1 2010 and over 50% was provision of crediting.
