Telcell develops policy sales module for INGO Armenia Insurance Company
ArmInfo. Telcell payment system has developed a sales module for motor third party liability insurance policies of INGO Armenia Insurance Company. The new sales system contains a complex of solutions that allow potential insurers to carry out insurance operations "in the self-service regime". The system allows payers to calculate their policy through "insurance calculator" directly on a terminal. Acquisition of motor third party liability insurance policy via terminals will take just 3 minutes. Afterwards, the registered policy will be delivered to the place and at the time convenient to the buyer, Aram Azatyan, Executive Director of TelCell CHSC explains.
"Actually, introduction of the Motor third party liability insurance in Armenia was more than relevant and we are sure it will develop insurance culture in the country in future. Now, the insurers have one task - to insure over 400,000 cars within the shortest period of time and the wide chain of Telcell self-service terminals may become an additional instrument for insurers," Azatyan says. The company has developed and introduced a sales module for INGO Armenia Company within the shortest terms. The product contains express sales module for motor third party liability insurance policy - a module for reception of payments for registered policies. Agents have got an opportunity to transfer the proceeds from the sales of policies to their insurance companies at any time.
Potential customers of INGO Armenia can also use the policy delivery service, an opportunity to order an insurance policy by phone or e-mail. The company has one of the widest agent networks in the country, some 300 trade-points in Armenia.
