INGO Armenia IC insures 8th passenger plane


ArmInfo. INGO Armenia Insurance Company has insured the 8th passenger plane, the company press service told ArmInfo.

According to the source data, the liability of the air carrier to the third persons has been insured by insurance protection. According to the insurance agreement, the insurer's limit of liability (insurance amount) makes up $150 mln.

To recall, INGO Armenia IC obtained a license for insurance of liability from using air transport (including cargo) in June 2009. According to the Ranking of insurance companies of Armenia, prepared by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information ArmInfo, INGO Armenia IC keeps the leading position in the market by the total volume of premiums.

According to the data as of September 30, 2010, the volume of the company's insurance premiums made up 1.54 bln drams, the compensations paid - 335.3 bln drams. Net profit of the company over the first 9 months made up 65.1 mln drams.
