Karapet Gevorkyan - acting chairman of Ardshininvestbank board


ArmInfo. Ardshininvestbank Council has satisfied application of the chairman of the bank's board Nerses Karamanukyan for resignation. As press-service of the bank reported, he has been occupying the position since July 2009.

The Council of the bank appointed Karapet Gevorkyan, director of the retail business department, - the acting chairman of Ardshininvestbank board.

To recall, Ardshininvestbank enters the five of the biggest banks of the country and has 55 offices.

"Centre for Business Investments" Ltd. with a share 87,23% and IFC with a share 10% are the majority shareholders of the bank.
