Gross external liabilities of Armenian Central Bank up 4.6% for Jan-Nov 2010

Gross external liabilities of the Armenian Central Bank were 4.6% for Jan-Nov 2010 to $669.1 million, and fell 3.6% for November versus December, the Armenian Central Bank monthly reference bulletin says. In the structure of external liabilities, loans provided by the IMF fell 3.8% (for Nov) and totaled 69.5% or $459.3 million. The growth for Jan- Nov was 7.8%. Special drawing rights (SDR) in cross external liabilities of the Central Bank totaled 20% or $134.3 million. This indicator fell 3% for Nov and 2.7% for Jan-Nov 2010.
Other loans fell 3.6% for Nov but grew 0.5% for Jan-Nov 2010 and totaled 11.3% of gross external liabilities of the Central Bank or $75.3 million. The share of other liabilities in gross external liabilities of the Central Bank is some $0.2 million which is 33.3% less than in Oct 2- 1- and 60% less than in Dec 2009.
