Precious metals grow in price


ArmInfo. This week the precious metals in Armenia will grow in price by 3-6% at the mean.

The State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Armenian Finance Ministry told ArmInfo that the following prices of precious metals have been fixed for 11-17 April 2011: gold (small bullions) - 17402.78 AMD/g (2.8% weekly growth), silver - 470.04 AMD/g (6.1% weekly growth), platinum - 21491.41 AMD (2.9% weekly growth), palladium - 9426.97 AMD (4.9% weekly growth).

To note, since the beginning of 2011, gold has grown in price by 8.5%, silver - by 38.7%, platinum - by 7.8%, and palladium - by 7.9%.
