Head of "Mika Limited" proves the fact of transference of the ISG insurance portfolio to "RASCO" insurance company


Arminfo. The head of "Mika Limited" Mikhail Bagdasarov has proved the fact of transference of the ISG insurance portfolio to "RASCO" insurance company. "The company was simply shut down, nobody has sold it", - he said.

According to ArmInfo experts, the cost of the bargain on transference of the insurance portfolio is $600-800 thsd.

To recall, the transference was in favor of "RASCO" insurance company, which declined to comment on the derails of the bargain.

To note, about 97% of contracts in the insurance portfolio of ISG were contracts on aviation risks insurance. It is very much possible that "Armavia", that belongs to Mikhail Bagdasarov, will insure the aviation risks without intermediaries - at foreign specialized insurance companies, maybe at the British insurance market Lloyds, as Arminfo experts say. As for RASCO, it will have only the portfolio of risks not connected with the aviation insurance.
