Ardshininvestbank awarded by Citibank for high-quality transfers for the third time


ArmInfo. Ardshininvestbank has received Quality Recognition Award 2010 from Citibank for high-quality transfers for the third time.

The press service of Ardshininvestbank told ArmInfo that such an award was also given to the bank in 2006 and 2008. In 2009 the bank received a similar award from Commerzbank (Germany).

According to the source, over 98% of transfers from Ardshininvestbank to Citibank met the international standards.

"Ardshininvestbank will expand cooperation with international financial structures, and the awards of Citibank and Commerzbank are the best evidence of the partner's stability and reliability", said Acting Chairman of Board of Ardshininvestbank Karapet Gevorgyan.

According to the Ranking of Commercial Banks of Armenia as of 31 March 2011, Ardshininvestbank is on the list of top five banks by main parameters. The total capital of the bank as of this date totaled 29.9 bln AMD, assets - 128.5 bln AMD, provision of crediting - 78.8 bln AMD, funds on nostro accounts of the banks - 4.7 bln AMD.

To note, the majority shareholders of Ardshininvestbank are Business Investment Center LLC (87.23%) and International Finance Corporation (10%).
