Transactions with ArCa cards inside processing network of VTB Bank (Armenia) up 2.1% and of Areximbank-GPB Group - 6.3%


ArmInfo. Transactions with ArCa cards inside processing network of VTB Bank (Armenia) were up 2.1% for May 2011 versus April to 121.2 mln drams, Armenian Card CJSC told ArmInfo.

Cash transactions with ArCa cards inside the processing network of VTB Bank (Armenia) was up 0.5% for May to 114.8 million drams. Operations at trade points for the period under review grew 74.5% to 6.4 mln drams.

Transactions inside the processing network of Areximbank-GPB Group grew 6.3% to 43.7 mln drams. Including operations at trade points grew 7.9% to 5.3 mln drams and cash transactions fell 0.4% to 38.4 mln drams.

VTB Bank (Armenia) issues and serves Visa International cards and serves ArCa cards. Areximbank-GPB Group issues and services Visa and MasterCard.
