National dram devaluates 0.2% in June 2011
ArmInfo. Consumer prices fell 1.4% in June 2011 as the exchange rate of the Armenian dram against US dollar devaluated 0.2%, the National Statistical Service of Armenia told ArmInfo. Consumer prices were up 3.5% for Jan- Jun 2011 and the AMD devaluated 4%.
In the same period of 2010 consumer prices were up 4.5% and Armenian dram devaluated against US dollar 1.8%. In June 2011 the average exchange rate of Armenian dram against US dollar was 374.92 AMD/$1USD which is by 0.4% higher than a year ago (373.46AMD/$1USD).
