Tariffs for services in Armenia up 0.1% in June 2011


ArmInfo. Tariffs for services were up 0,1% for June 2011 and 2.4% for Jan-Jun 2011, the National Statistical Service of Armenia told ArmInfo.

Specifically, tariffs in the sphere of education grew 0.1%, public catering - 0.7%, culture - 1%, medical services - 1.6%, domestic services - 2.3%, amid 1.7% fall entertainment tariffs.

In addition, tariffs of transport services fell 1.3% and communication - 0.3%. Tariffs of communal, legal and bank services were left unchanged.

Inflation in the consumer market of Armenia Jan-Jun 2011 totaled 3.5% whereas deflation in June totaled 1.4%.
