"HAYRUSGAZARD" CJSC's corporate bonds were redeemed


ArmInfo. On July 7, 2011 "HAYRUSGAZARD" CJSC redeemed its corporate bonds. The company redeemed AMD 1 billion in face value and paid coupons for AMD 475 million, the company's press service told ArmInfo.

"HAYRUSGAZARD" CJSC is the only company which had its securities listed in NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA stock exchange Abond list.

The company issued its corporate bonds in July 2008, with a total amount of AMD 1 billion and an annual coupon yield of 9.5 percent.

ARMSWISSBANK acted as an underwriter and a settlement bank for "HAYRUSGAZARD" CJSC's bonds. The Bank was also the market maker of the company's bonds during their circulation period thus supporting their everyday liquidity.
