Total capital of credit companies of Armenia down 3,4% for 2Q
Arminfo. The total capital of credit companies of Armenia down 3,4% for 2Q 2011, having amounted to 40.039 bln drams ($108.5 mln). In the structure of the total capital the authorized fund grew by 19,2% for the reported period and amounted to 33.8 bln drams ($91.6 mln).
According to the date of Armenian Central Bank, the share of foreign capital in the authorized fund was 39,3%, growth by 47,5% versus 1Q 2011 - up to 13.3 bln drams ($36.2 mln). The key reserves grew by 69,9% up to 943.5 mln ($2.5 mln).
The credit companies finished the 2Q 2011 with net profit 1.231 bln drams ($3.3 mln). As of 1 July 2011 the net surplus amounted to 5.2 bln drams ($14.2 mln), having reduced for the 2Q by more than twofold. As of 1 July 2011 31 credit companies and their 70 offices have been functioning at the territory of Armenia.
