Liabilities of credit companies of Armenia up 5,2% for 2Q
Arminfo. Total liabilities of credit companies of Armenia grew by 5,2% for 2Q 2011 and by 1 July amounted to 63.4 bln drams ($172 mln), press-service of Armenian Central Bank reported.
In the structure of total liabilities of the credit companies growth by 7,8% up to 32,3 bln drams ($87.5 mln) was fixed on obligations against banks and other financial organizations, growth by 1,7% up to 3.8 bln drams ($10.2 mln) - on the time obligation against individual persons, and by 3,6% up to 23.99 bln drams ($65 mln) - on time obligations against legal persons.
According to Central Bank, as of 1 July 2011 31 credit companies and 70 their offices have been functioning at the territory of Armenia.
