By July 2011 card-to-card operations in Armenia grew by 40.6%
ArmInfo. In June 2011 the card-to-card money transfers in Armenia grew by 40.6% as compared with June 2010 and totaled 364 million AMD, and the number of the transactions rose by 60.4% to 4364.
Armenian Card told ArmInfo that in June 2011 the volume of internet payments dropped by 38.6% as compared with June 2010 and totaled 195.8 mln AMD, while the transactions grew in number by 67.6% to 40161.
At the same time, the noncash payments via ATMs grew by 72.1% in June 2011 versus June 2010 and amounted to 15 mln AMD, and the number of these operations increased over twofold to 13521.
