Universal Credit Company "House to youth" increases refinancing volumes of available mortgage credits
ArmInfo. By 1 August of the current year 503 credits at 3.8 bln drams were refinanced within the frames of the state programme "Available house to young families". This sum was 1.7 bln drams at the beginning of the year.
The credits on this programme are popular in Yerevan most of all. Thus, by 1 August 68,5% or in absolute terms 2,6 bln drams was the share of 283 credit deals in Yerevan. The rest - 1.2 bln drams (220 credit deals) were refinanced in the regions of Armenia.
The total of 11 commercial banks and 3 universal credit companies have been participating in this programme. In particular, Armbusinessbank, Armeconombank, ARARATBANK, INECOBANK, "VTB Bank (Armenia)", "Anelik Bank, Artsakhbank, "Areximbank-Gasprombank Group" Armenian Development Bank, Converse Bank, Ardshininvestbank, as well as universal credit company "Global Credit", "First mortgage company" and "Express Credit".
According to the Ranking of credit companies prepared by Arminfo, as of 1 July 2011 the share of the credit investments of UCC "House to youth" was 75% out of the assets of the company which amounted to 4.6 bln drams. By the size of credit investments and assets the company occupied the 7th place among 27 universal credit companies of the country.
