National dram exchange rate against US dollar has not changed amid August deflation in Armenia by 0.6%


ArmInfo. National dram exchange rate against US dollar has not changed amid August deflation in Armenia by 0.6%, the National Statistical Service of Armenia told ArmInfo. Consumer prices were down 0.2% for Jan-Aug 2011 and the AMD devaluated 1.8%.

In the same period of 2010 consumer prices were up 5% as Armenian dram devaluated against US dollar 3.7%. In August 2011 the average exchange rate of Armenian dram against US dollar was 367.05 AMD/$1USD which is by 0.2% higher than a year ago (366.39AMD/$1USD).
