VTB Bank (Armenia) launches Online Advisor service via Skype for the first time in Armenian banking market

In order to expand the customer service ways, for the first time in the Armenian banking market VTB Bank (Armenia) announces the launch of the Online Advisor service – customer service via Skype. The service has become one more efficient channel of connection between the customers and the Bank and it is very convenient for active users of internet. The press service of VTB Bank (Armenia) told ArmInfo that the high-skilled specialists of the Bank will be able to consult the customers online.
According to the source, when in vacation or on a business trip, the customers of VTB Bank (Armenia) will be able to make a free call to the Bank via Skype and receive consultation about all the products of the Bank, specify the location of the nearby branches, ATMs and terminals, etc. To receive consultation via Skype, one is to visit the corporate website of the Bank – www.vtb.am - and press the option "Online Advisor".
The advantages of Online Advisor are as follows: immediate settlement of the arising problems; high-level protection of the provided information; the customer can choose any convenient way to specify the issues: write an e-mail, make an audio call or a video call; the service is free and available to all users of Skype; the customer service is carried out in three languages: Armenian, Russian and English.
