INGO Armenia is planning to open offices in all cities of Armenia
ArmInfo. In 2012 INGO Armenia is planning to open offices in all cities of Armenia, says Deputy CEO of INGO Armenia Arevshat Meliksetyan.
Armenia has some 45 cities and urban-type communities.
Meliksetyan says that as of today the company has one office in each region and two offices in Yerevan (Arabkir and Achapnyan communities).
The new offices will link the company with potential insurers and will help it to better know people's needs. The offices will also coordinate the work of the company's 1,700 insurance brokers.
Meliksetyan says that those people collect almost 85% of the company's compulsory motor third-party liability insurance premiums (the second biggest amount of premiums among Armenia's insurance companies in Jan-Sept 2011 - 2.3bln AMD).
He says that the company sets no special requirements for insurance brokerage and each able-bodied person can apply for the job.
According to ArmInfo's Ranking of the Insurance Companies of Armenia, in Jan-Sept 2011 INGO Armenia collected the second biggest amount of premiums. In certain fields like automobile, cargo and air transport insurance, insurance of tourists, insurance against fires and natural calamities, medical insurance the company is the leader. During the same period INGO Armenia's asserts grew by 1.5 times to 6bln AMD.
