Portfolio of refinanced credits of National Mortgage Company amounts to 17,113 bln drams by 2012


Arminfo. The portfolio of the refinanced mortgage credits of the National Mortgage Company (NMC) amounted to 17,113 bln drams (2320 credits) by the 1 January 2012. The total of 115 mortgage credits at 830 mln drams were delivered in December 2011.

At present the NMC has got contracts with 15 commercial banks and 3 credit companies.

The NMC was set up on 16 June 2009. As of 1 October 2011, its authorized capital amounted to 8.2 bln drams, the assets of the company amounted to 14.659 bln drams (the 2-nd position), in the structure of which 87% was the share of the credit investments (the 1-st position).
