Unibank to introduce a new management system elaborated by Salesforce.com
ArmInfo. Unibank will introduce a new system of managing the relations with customers designed by the American company Salesforce.com, world leader in the sphere of CRM- solutions and cloud computing, the press service of the Bank told ArmInfo.
The CRM system is used to enhance the quality of customer service, automate the processes of banking products sale, improve the business procedures and analyze the results.
According to the source, the Bank launched the project on introduction of the Salesforce system in 2011. The relevant licenses and the new equipment have already been acquired. The system is expected to start operating in early 2012.
Unibank declared retail to be the prior direction of its activity. This implies a customer-oriented approach and enhanced attention towards quality and speed of serving individuals. The up-to-date management system of the world leader will allow not only automating the process of sale of loan products, but also assessing the credit risks according to a new model, which will considerably reduce the time of credit operations. Furthermore, thanks to the Salesforce software, Unibank will further be able to use all the up-to-date channels of communication, including mobile banking, which will be launched in Q1 2012.
"As one of the leading banks in the retail market, Unibank provides a wide spectrum of banking services. The new management system will allow determining and forecasting the customers' needs in line with the changing situation in the market and ensuring elaboration of new products within a short period of time", said Vice Chairman of Board of Unibank Mesrop Hakobyan. He added that the Salesforce system is based on the idea that the customer is the center of business.
