In 2011 Armenia's negative foreign trade balance totaled $2.8bln


ArmInfo. In 2011 Armenia's foreign trade totaled $5.481bln - 14.4% more than in 2010.

The National Statistical Service of Armenia reports that in Dec 2011 as compared with Nov 2011 the index grew by 3.7% while as compared with Dec 2010 it dropped by 1.3%.

The negative foreign trade balance made up $2.822bln: the exports totaled $1.329bln (27.7% more than in 2010), the imports - $4.151bln (10.7% more than in 2010).

The average AMD/USD exchange rate in 2011 was 372.5 AMD/1 USD.
