Converse Bank opens its first branch in Stepanakert


ArmInfo. Converse Bank has opened its first branch in Stepanakert. The press service of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) reported that the branch was registered on Feb 27 by the decision of the CBA chairman.

This is already the 28th branch of the Bank. Thus, Converse Bank has 10 branches in Yerevan, 17 - in the regions of Armenia, and 1 branch in the NKR.

According to the Ranking (Analysis) of Banks in Armenia by ArmInfo, as of 1 Jan 2012 the Armenian banks opened 18 branches in the NKR. The branch network of Artsakhbank inclusive, the number of branches in the NKR is 30. The leaders by the number of branches in Karabakh are Ardshininvestbank (6 branches) and ArmBusinessBank (6 branches).
