In Dec 2011 clientele of Armenian banks grew by 2.7% to 1.357mln


ArmInfo. Jan 1 2012 Armenia's banks had 1.288mln individual and 69,628 corporate customers.

According to the National Statistical Service, as of the same date 1.357mln bank customers had 2.213mln accounts: 2.068mln individual and 145,000 corporate.

In Dec 2011 the clientele of the banks grew by 2.7% or 35,500, with the number of accounts growing by 3.5% or 77,200.

As of Jan 1 2012 VTB Bank (Armenia) had 37 joint accounts with 3,469,462 holders.
