In Q1 2012 Armenia's gross international reserves dropped by 9% to $1759.2 mln
ArmInfo. In Q1 2012 Armenia's gross international reserves dropped by 9% to $1759.217 mln. As compared with Q1 2011, the index dropped by 3.5%.
The press service of the Central Bank of Armenia reports that the international reserves in the gross foreign assets fell from $1932.477 mln to $1759.216 mln over Q1 2012 (3.5% y-o-y decline). IMF's SDR dropped by 4.2% to $54.588 mln (35.239 mln SDR) over Q1 2012. As compared with Q1 2011, IMF's SDR almost doubled.
In Q1 2012 the foreign assets dropped by 16% to $989.319 mln, which is by 10.2% lower than in Q1 2011.
In Dec 2003 the share of gold in the gross international reserves was zeroed.
